Fondant Color Powder

If you make your own marshmallow fondant, use our pre-measured  fondant color powder packets to add color with less mess. Paste  based dyes and gel base dyes change the structure of fondant and  make it brittle, dry out, and tear easier.
We use a high quality 12x powdered sugar base formula as the dye carrier which  does not change the structure of fondant since fondant is mostly powdered  sugar. Having pre-measured packets takes all of the guesswork out of trying to  get the exact color desired. Gels are messy and dye your hands, counter surface,  and clothes when preparing. Our color powders absorb easier because it’s powdered  sugar carrier becomes part of the fondant instead of a gel additive which can change  the fondant structure especially on the darker colors like red and black.
